Sometimes people who come to RAPAR with specific issues decide to develop campaigns as a part of the process of securing lasting solutions. See below for some of our current campaigns.
Justice for JulietJuliet Kollie is originally from Liberia,
she's been in the UK for 22yrs. Currently detained in Yarlswood, if she gets deported she is more likely to faces prosecution for being bisexual . Exposing What Happens in DetentionRAPAR's development of informed and effective action about immigration detention.
Police MonitoringCurrently we are involved in an effort to gather together a broad coalition of groups campaigning against police violence and signalling the need for police monitoring. The Northern Police Monitoring Project was launched in 2012.
